Greetings and welcome to Faith 1st Consulting!  I'm Katrina Bernard, Founder and Principal.  Faith 1st is a management consulting and executive coaching firm that provides people and culture solutions to complex organizations.  My journey has been shaped by diverse work experiences -- from private, legal, military, government, to non-profit -- I’ve worked in a variety of settings.  Through it all, I've been driven by a deep commitment to fostering strong, positive organizational cultures and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
